Management Accountant; Temporary

Position: Management Accountant (Temporary)
3-6 Month Temporary Contract | 3 Days per Week on site, 2 from home
Leamington Spa (Hybrid)

We are currently supporting a well-established organisation based in Leamington Spa that requires an experienced Management Accountant on an interim basis for an initial 3-6 month contract, working 3 days per week.

This role would suit a hands-on Management Accountant who is comfortable stepping into an established finance function and supporting month-end and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Margin and spend analysis, providing clear insight and commentary
- Ownership and submission of VAT returns
- Supporting month-end controls, reconciliations and journals
- Preparation and maintenance of property reporting
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting

About You

- Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data

- Experience with VAT and month-end processes is essential
- Available to commit to 3 days per week on-site/hybrid in Leamington Spa
