• Provide high-quality VAT and indirect tax advice across the business
• Support VAT treatment for:
• Cross-border activities
• Property income
• Operational transactions
• Maintain the property register and ensure accurate reporting
• Assess and communicate the impact of legislative and regulatory changes
• Support preparation and review of UK VAT returns (including ventures entities)
• Manage partial exemption calculations and analysis
• Assist with compliance across other indirect taxes (CBAM, CCL, red diesel)
• Develop internal tax policies, guidance and training
• Liaise with HMRC on queries, audits and information requests
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Shared Services and external advisers on tax projects

• Strong VAT technical expertise (operating at Manager level)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills

• Salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
