Accounts Payable Assistant | South Leicester | Temp to Perm | Up to £15.00ph Macildowie are working with a well-established business in South Leicester looking to add an Accounts Payable Assistant to their busy finance team. Key details:
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Up to £15.00ph
• Full-time, office based
• South Leicester
• Busy, high-volume Accounts Payable team
• Genuine opportunity to develop and secure a permanent role This is a great opportunity for someone with some Accounts Payable or transactional finance experience who wants to build their career within a large, fast-paced finance function.

The role:

• Matching, coding and posting invoices
• Managing purchase ledger queries
• Resolving supplier disputes and invoice issues
• Supporting payment runs
• Maintaining accurate supplier records
• Working closely with the wider Accounts Payable team
• Managing a busy workload and meeting deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or transactional finance experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
• Good communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload
