Finance Manager
West Midlands
I am recruiting for an Mechanical & Electrical contracting business based in the West Midlands seeking a Finance Manager
They seek a Finance Manager to manage all accounting and finance functions for the business
This Finance Manager must have worked within the Construction, Engineering and ideally the building services sector
Key Responsibilities- Oversee purchase & sales ledgers, CIS and subcontractor invoices
- Manage credit control, applications for payment and retentions
- Complete bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation's
- Prepare CIS, VAT and Reverse VAT/DRC returns
- Produce monthly cash flow and job costing analysis
- Prepare year-end accounts and support the annual audit
- Maintain strong financial controls and reporting
- Provide commercial and financial insight to the Managing Director
- Support and supervise the finance team
£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
This is a key role within an established and successful business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function and work closely with senior management.
