As a Network Planning Officer
, you’ll play a central role in delivering this change, helping to create a more accessible, sustainable and connected transport network for residents across the county.

Working alongside another Network Planning Officer, you will:
- Lead the review and development of Warwickshire’s public transport network
- Design and optimise routes, timetables and services to meet evolving demand
- Contribute to funding bids (DfT, developer contributions and other streams)
- Collaborate with operators, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver improvements
- Support the development of innovative, data‑led approaches to network planning
You’ll be part of a skilled Public Transport team, reporting to the Public Transport Service Manager, and working in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
About You- Proven experience in public transport planning (typically 5+ years or equivalent)
- Strong skills in routing, scheduling and service design
- Knowledge of transport funding and business case development
- Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and partners
- Comfortable using data and digital tools to inform planning decisions
