The Role

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Contract and Project Monitoring Officer to support the delivery of the Connect to Work programme across Warwickshire.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Programme Managers and partners to monitor projects and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with funding and statutory requirements, and track performance, expenditure and outcomes.
  • Lead on verifying grant claims, support audits, manage monitoring systems, and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and funders.
Qualifications
  • Experience in project or contract monitoring.
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills.
  • Good understanding of grant funding, procurement and performance reporting.
  • Experience with in employability, skills or economic development programmes is desirable.
