The Physiotherapy Team Coordinator will support our busy physiotherapy department by overseeing administrative processes, building rosters and clinics, and leading eRS within the department.

• Oversee and complete administrative processes for the physiotherapy teams.
• Support Operational Service Leads and professional leads in daily operational activities.
• Provide responsive administrative support to the Physiotherapy Manager and Admin Manager.
• Build and manage rosters and clinic schedules for the Health roster and Lorenzo.
• Lead the use of the electronic Resource System (eRS) within the department, liaising with the Trust lead.
• Ensure efficient, effective, and economic procurement for the physiotherapy department.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable timekeeper with strong organisational abilities.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of physiotherapy departmental processes is an advantage.
