We have brand new opportunities for Healthcare Assistants to joinour mobile team at multiple sites nationwide.
We are ideally seeking individuals with prior experience in a healthcare environment however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be required to meet and greet patients and assist the Radiographers in preparing patients for their diagnostic scan as well as administrative duties for patient bookings so IT proficiency is essential.
You will also be required to IV cannulate patients as part of the role. Rest assured, should you not have any prior experience in IV cannlation, wewill provide full training.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have been immunised against Hepatitis B, however if you have not being immunised please note that you must be willing to undertake an immunisation course.
To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills and a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
As this is a mobile role, there will be an extensive amount of travel required. We will provide you with a company vehicle, but a full driving license for use within the UK is essential.
The hours of work are 36 per week, Monday to Sunday.
In this role you will be supporting Radiographers during patients scans. It will also involve assisting patients and chaperoning when necessary. There may also be an aspect of administration as a key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services.
To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Cannulation
Positioning of patients on the scanner
Clinical stock management
Clinical audits
Processing of patients via our E-Systems

Job responsibilitiesSkills And Experience
The candidate should have experience in a Healthcare environment as they will be required to provide both administration and customer/patient, support including chaperoning patients and assisting the Radiographers throughout the scanning process. They will also have a commitment to some admin duties related to the patient pathway in line with standard guidelines.
Attention to detail is key, along with being flexible, organized and having an enthusiastic attitude.
You will need to be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and under pressure, meeting deadlines and turn- around times.
