• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years
• Experience must include personal care and moving and handling
• Registration:
  Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland must hold the relevant registration (e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not required in England.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
