Position Overview

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, forward‑thinking pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician for our weekend service at Warwick Hospital.

In this role you will deliver a safe, effective, and efficient ward‑based Medicines Management service during weekends, working closely with clinical and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operate at a senior level of practice as a registered Pharmacy Technician (GPhC)
Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, Senior Assistants, and trainees during the weekend shift
Co‑operate with all pharmacy and healthcare staff to provide pharmacy services
Maintain a network with counterparts in other Trusts for information exchange and idea sharing
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC
Post‑registration experience sufficient to operate at a senior level of practice
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
Commitment to work during weekends
