Clinical Support Worker - Greville Ward

Overview

Greville ward is recruiting highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised Clinical Support Workers to provide high standard ward-based care to patients on our trauma Orthopaedic ward.

We have 3 full-time vacancies with a variety of shift patterns including long days, early, late and night shifts.

Training and mentoring are provided to support you in completing your Care Certificate, and we encourage further professional development.

• Provide high quality, caring and compassionate personal care under the direction and supervision of registered professionals.
• Work as part of the multi‑disciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene and basic medical tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care activities.
• Participate in ward routines, including medication rounds and patient transport as required.
• Engage in continuous training, development activities and complete the Care Certificate.
