About the role

Leaving hospital can be daunting. As a Reablement Support Worker with Care Bureau, you'll be the friendly face who gets people safely home and settled again. Like domiciliary care, you'll work in people's own homes. The difference is that you'll support people straight after a hospital discharge. • Supporting personal care, meals, medication prompts and daily routines
  • Helping people rebuild their confidence and practise everyday skills, in line with their reablement plan
  • Spotting any changes in someone's health or wellbeing and reporting them promptly
  • Keeping clear, accurate records and working closely with the wider team and health professionals
What we offer

, so you know what you're earning each week
  • Block shifts
, so you can plan your life around work
  • Paid mileage between calls
  • Full induction and paid training, including moving and handling, medication, etc.
  • Ongoing support from a friendly office and on-call team
  • Holiday pay, pension, refer-a-friend bonus, career progression into senior or coordinator roles
About you
  • You’re compassionate, patient and reliable, with a genuine desire to make a difference to people’s lives.
  • Whether you have care experience or are starting a new career, we’ll provide the training and support you need.
  • You’re passionate about helping people maintain their independence, dignity and confidence in their own homes.
  • You’re flexible and willing to travel between visits across Warwickshire.
  • You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car with business insurance.
  • You’re available to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • You’re willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check, which we’ll arrange.
