About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Colleague Listening & Engagement Specialist to deliver and evolve our colleague listening and engagement strategy.

This role will lead the final annual listening survey on the existing Qualtrics platform for 2025/26 and play a critical role in the implementation and embedment of Workday Peakon as the primary listening tool from 2026/27 onwards.

You will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to translate employee feedback into meaningful actions that enhance engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Listening & Engagement

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Peakon, including annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and lifecycle listening for 2026/27.
Partner with external survey providers and internal stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise the Peakon platform.
Deliver and manage the annual employee listening survey for 2025/26 using Qualtrics.

Leadership Partnership

Enable leaders to confidently interpret survey results and take impactful, data-led actions.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on best practices for employee engagement, culture, and experience improvement.

Insight & Analysis

Analyse employee feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the organisation.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with leadership teams to align and embed engagement improvement actions.
Recommend and support additional listening approaches such as focus groups or deep-dive sessions where needed.
Continuously review and improve listening tools and engagement strategies to ensure they remain effective and relevant.

Communication & Engagement

Lead communication and engagement activity to support survey launches and drive participation.
Ensure transparent communication of survey results and follow-up actions to employees.

About You:

Essential

Proven experience implementing and managing Workday Peakon listening tools (mandatory).
Strong background in employee engagement, colleague listening, or employee experience roles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and identify key themes and alignment gaps.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across all organisational levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Desirable

Experience using Qualtrics or other enterprise listening platforms.
Experience advising senior leaders on culture, engagement, or change initiatives.
