🎯 The Role

This is a hands-on Payroll Manager position within a busy, well-structured bureau environment. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll delivery for a diverse client portfolio while leading and developing a capable payroll team.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team

* Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients

* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service standards

* Act as a key client contact, resolving complex payroll queries

* Drive continuous improvement and best practice across payroll operations

👤 What They’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a payroll bureau / multi-client environment

* Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge

* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

* Organised, proactive, and hands-on leadership style

* CIPP qualified or working towards (support available)
