Pontoon is seeking an organised Early Careers Associate to support apprenticeship and early careers programmes in Warwick. You will coordinate the end-to-end learner journey, assist with recruitment activities and deliver engaging programme events in a hybrid working environment.
Working with training providers and internal stakeholders, you will maintain learner records, track progress, organise reviews and coordinate onboarding for successful candidates.
