Warwickshire Police is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead the HR recruitment service, coordinating day-to-day activities for the Recruitment Assistants at the Leek Wootton site. You will ensure timely processing of police officer, police staff and Special Constable recruitment, while supporting the HR Transactional team.
The role requires strong leadership, policy interpretation, and the ability to drive service improvements within a busy HR function.
