One School Global UK is seeking a highly organised Systems & Operations Co-ordinator to support the People & Culture team, managing Dayforce HRIS, onboarding coordination, payroll support, and compliance processes. The role is based in Warwick with relocation to Coventry in 2026 and offers hybrid working.
You will handle data accuracy, audits, reporting, DBS and references, and provide first-line HRIS support while ensuring confidentiality and high service levels across the UK organisation.
