Employee Relations Administrator
Location:
Edinburgh Job Type: Temporary (until December 2026) Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 DOE (pro rata)
Hours:
Full-time, 35 hours per week The Opportunity Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Employee Relations Administrator to join their People Team on a temporary basis until the end of December. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations professional or a strong HR Administrator looking to develop their experience within a busy and supportive HR environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Employee Relations casework, ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of formal meetings and processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Senior Employee Relations Advisors Coordinate attendance, capability, performance and disciplinary meetings Arrange meetings and manage calendars for key stakeholders Attend formal meetings and take accurate, detailed notes Maintain confidential employee relations records and documentation Support the administration and progression of active ER cases Liaise with managers and employees professionally and effectively Ensure all case files and records are accurate and up to date Assist with wider People Team activities as required About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous Employee Relations experience.
However, applications are also welcomed from experienced HR Administrators with strong organisational and administrative skills. You will demonstrate:
