HR Advisor | Warwickshire | up to £45,000 | Full Time, Permanent - Hybrid working

We are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join a high-performing People team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating in a true generalist capacity, partnering with managers and supporting the delivery of people initiatives across a geographically dispersed workforce. Working within a collaborative HR function, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations and people matters while contributing to key HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters.
• Supporting and coaching leaders on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance cases.
• Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee engagement and offboarding activities.
