We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to support a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation and rollout programme
.

Warwick, UK

Work Model

Hybrid – 3 days onsite

IR35 Status

Inside IR35 (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and deliver end-user training for Oracle HCM rollout
Develop training strategy, materials, and user guides
Coordinate training schedules across multiple business units
Work closely with HR, IT, and change management teams
Support system adoption and user readiness activities
Manage training communication and engagement plans
Track training completion and effectiveness metrics

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Training Manager in large ERP/HCM programmes
Strong experience with Oracle HCM implementation or rollout projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and global users
Experience in change management and user adoption is highly desirable
Background in HR systems or transformation projects preferred

Nice to Have

Oracle HCM Cloud certification or exposure
Experience in global rollouts or large enterprise environments
Familiarity with Agile project environments
