Scrum Master – Warwick (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)
Warwick | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams delivering digital and data-driven products within a SAFe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives
- Coach Agile teams and drive SAFe best practices
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and improve delivery flow
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams
- Track team progress, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote Dev Ops and Continuous Delivery practices
- 2+ years' Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery
- Strong SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban knowledge
- PSM or CSM certification preferred
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with delivery metrics, CI/CD, and cross-functional teams
