Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Enterprise Architect will lead the technical strategy and architectural direction of Telent's TVMS CCTV Programme. You'll drive architecture governance, lead a team of technical specialists, and work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions.
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to travel to our Warwick and London offices.

What you'll do:

• Define and lead the technical strategy, enterprise architecture and roadmap for the TVMS CCTV Programme, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and Telent's strategic vision.
• Provide architectural governance and technical assurance across multiple work streams, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, standardised and compliant with enterprise architecture principles.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Solution Architects and Senior Technical Specialists, providing technical oversight across a large multi-disciplinary programme.
