British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is seeking a First Line Support Desk Analyst to provide frontline IT support to colleagues nationwide. The role combines desktop assistance, ticket management and administrative support to ensure smooth IT services.
You will be the initial contact point for IT issues, logging and routing tickets, with a hybrid pattern requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
