Position: Conveyancer (Permanent)
Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Leamington Spa, which is seeking to appoint a Property Solicitor or Licensed/Experienced Conveyancer to join its residential conveyancing team. This position forms an important part of the team’s ongoing continuity and client service.

Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Location:

Leamington Spa
Salary: £30,000–£45,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Transfers of equity.
Standard residential transactions across a stable and well-managed workflow.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideally a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, though experienced conveyancers will also be considered.
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
A consistent employment history is advantageous as the firm values stability and long-term commitment.
