Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Warwickshire, Salary: GBP 40k (DOE). An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a tight-knit team. You will take ownership of an existing caseload of residential matters.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage their own caseload encompassing the full spectrum of residential property transactions, with a small element of commercial property work. They will demonstrate the ability to take ownership of files and handle matters confidently from initial instruction through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in handling residential property matters. They must be a solid communicator and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
