Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Leamington Spa, which is seeking to appoint a Property Solicitor or Licensed/Experienced Conveyancer to join its residential conveyancing team. This position forms an important part of the team's ongoing continuity and client service.

Role: Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £30,000‑£45,000 (depending on experience)

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Standard residential transactions across a stable and well‑managed workflow

• Ideally a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, though experienced conveyancers will also be considered
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
• A consistent employment history is advantageous as the firm values stability and long‑term commitment
