Hybrid / Flexible Working Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including:

Shareholder and partnership disputes

Breach of contract claims

Property and ToLATA disputes

Boundary/neighbour disputes

Defamation, harassment and nuisance claims

Will and inheritance disputes

Professional negligence

Debt recovery, possession and insolvency matters

Responsibilities include:

Managing files from instruction to resolution

Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements

Advising clients on litigation and ADR strategies

Ensuring CPR compliance and meeting court deadlines

Attending hearings where appropriate

Building strong client relationships and supporting business development

The Person

You will be:

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer Experienced in litigation with strong CPR knowledge

Organised, client-focused and commercially aware

A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
