What You Will Do
  • Deliver Strategic Category Plan (SCP) creation and execution through the sourcing process
  • Lead complex supplier negotiations, including legal and financial approvals pre:

    Contract or Purchase Order
  • Apply a Total Cost of Ownership approach to support sourcing decisions and agreed targets
  • Manage contract and supplier relationship governance, including supplier business reviews and action tracking
  • Support change management for contracts and Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and control
  • Contribute to savings programme delivery and relevant financial reconciliation and contract audit/reviews
What You Will Bring
  • A degree or equivalent experience, with automotive OEM or supplier experience and capital equipment category knowledge
  • Proven commercial awareness and strong negotiation capability, with confidence handling supplier discussions
  • Solid understanding of category management principles and strategic sourcing within procurement functions

    Experience in contract management and supplier relationship management, ideally in an operational procurement setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including finance and key stakeholders
