Working Pattern:
Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
Salary Range: £358 per day
- Oversee a diverse supplier portfolio and drive initial part sourcing activities.
- Negotiate price adjustment requests and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Manage a work queue to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Collaborate closely with internal customers (MRPCs, requisitioners) to enhance customer care and involvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of globally defined methods, processes, and systems for high process efficiency and compliance.
- Support Supplier Management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, and development.
- Maintain comprehensive records of documentation and adhere to online purchasing and contract management systems.
- Lead Procurement Business Plan activities as necessary.
- Strong SAP proficiency – experience with the PS1
ATLAS module in a production environment. - Outstanding Excel skills – capable of handling large volumes of data and performing complex analyses.
- Direct procurement experience within Aerospace or Industrial Applications (preferred).
- Analytical mindset – familiarity with PowerBI and a lean approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate achievements clearly and effectively.
- Independence and ownership – proven track record of taking ownership of strategic tasks with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced/Fluent English language proficiency.
- Preferable skills: experience in complex C‑class procurement, emphasizing both strategic and operational capabilities; experience with complex products such as castings and forgings is an added bonus.
