Role: European/ Domestic Operations

We are recruiting for x2 European/ Domestic Operations position within a busy Warwick operation. We are looking for experienced professionals across European trailer operations, domestic transport and warehouse/stock control.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking to join an established logistics business with strong career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing European trailer movements across the UK and Europe.
• Coordinating full-load and groupage road freight.
• Organising domestic transport and deliveries.
• Liaising with customers, hauliers, drivers and suppliers.
• Planning and coordinating transport movements efficiently.
• Managing transport documentation and updating internal systems.
• Tracking shipments and resolving any operational issues.
• Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers updated.
• Managing warehouse stock and inventory where required.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and investigating discrepancies.
• Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day logistics operations.
• Working to agreed service levels, KPIs and deadlines.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• European road freight / trailer operations
• Domestic transport operations
• Stock control / inventory management
• Distribution

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within freight forwarding, transport, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT and systems knowledge.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer service skills.
