As the Process and Systems Lead, you will drive the continuous improvement of supply chain processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation. Working closely with procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders, you'll lead transformation initiatives that enhance capability, improve user experience, strengthen compliance, and embed best practice. This role plays a key part in developing procurement excellence by leveraging technology, data, market insights, and innovative approaches to deliver greater value and efficiency across the function.

The Process & Systems Lead plays a critical role in delivering value, managing risk, and supporting organisational performance. As supply chain practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements continue to evolve, this role ensures our processes and systems remain effective, compliant, and aligned with industry best practice.

By leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, you'll help build a more capable, data-driven, and efficient supply chain function. Your work will directly contribute to improved stakeholder experiences, stronger supplier management, increased adoption of best practice, and the achievement of wider business and ESG objectives.

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of continuous improvement projects that enhance procurement capability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Identify and implement new systems, tools, templates, and processes that simplify supply chain activities and drive greater adoption across the business.
• Develop and embed best-practice supply chain methodologies, frameworks, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence and compliance.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations, translating insights into practical improvements for the supply chain function.
• Use data, analytics, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across supply chain spend, supplier performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and Supply Chain Leadership Teams to deliver change programmes, improve ways of working, and increase functional maturity.
• Support capability development through learning initiatives, benchmarking activities, and transformation programmes that strengthen supply chain excellence across the organisation.

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant procurement experience, with strong knowledge across both direct and indirect procurement environments.
• Experience in sourcing, category management, supply chain operations, and process improvement.
