Midlands (Bromsgrove / Droitwich Spa / Studley / Alcester / Alvechurch)

£40-45k plus car / car allowance / bonus / pension

We are looking for a Contracts Manager / Surveyor / Project Manager who has experience overseeing residential property repairs, renovations or refurbishments from initial survey to completion of works (using a team of direct trades and sub-contractors).

This role will suit a Contracts Manager / Surveyor / Project Manager with a background in planning & managing residential repairs, renovations or refurbishments (from £10k - £150k).

You would be joining a solid, successful and expanding team working with some key clients in and around the Midlands. Visting news sites, surveying/assessing and scoping works, programming the appropriate direct trades/sub-contractors and managing the project from pre-start meeting to completion ensuring running to time/budget.

This Contracts Manager / Surveyor will need:

* Experience in surveying and scoping residential property repairs, renovations or refurbishments

* A good knowledge of repair works; trades/labour, materials costs and project timescales

* Good health & safety knowledge (CPP/RAMS etc.)

* Confidence in managing a team of trades carrying out repairs to specification

* Excellent communication skills and customer care skills - experience dealing with homeowners/tenants throughout the phase of a project

* Good IT skills

* Full UK driving licence (car or allowance provided)

* SMSTS is desirable but not essential

 * £40,000 - £45,000 salary (negotiable depending on experience)
