Non Stop is working with a well established Independent Fostering agency in the West Midlands who are looking for a new Regional Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Whether you are an experienced Team Manager or an Assistant Team Manager looking for a step up, they will support you in the role.

Manage a team of 4-5 Social Workers
Ensure a high standard of therapeutic care is given
Build strong relationships with the team, foster carers, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

SWE registered
Driver
Proven management experience, preferably in a fostering team
