We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Contracts Manager to join One School Global UK, supporting our UK-wide modernisation and capital delivery programme. This is a hybrid role based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days travel across our campuses.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and contractual management of client-side construction and service contracts. You will provide assurance, governance and commercial control across multiple projects, ensuring contracts are managed in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements, while delivering value for money and high-quality outcomes.
The key purpose of this role is to lead the commercial, contractual and risk management aspects of projects and programmes, acting as the subject matter expert for contract administration, supplier performance and cost control. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the organisation's commercial position, supporting informed decision-making and ensuring consistent, compliant contract management practices across the region.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors, you will oversee contract governance from procurement through to final account, managing change control, performance frameworks, risk registers and reporting. This is a highly visible role that contributes directly to the successful delivery of projects that support our campuses, colleagues and students.
About You- Have a strong understanding of contractual, commercial and governance requirements, and how they support organisational priorities.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and attention to detail, ensuring contracts are administered robustly and compliantly.
- Be a trusted partner to stakeholders, able to influence, challenge and collaborate at all levels.
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach, identifying risks early and driving timely interventions.
- Be highly organised, able to manage multiple contracts, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, producing high-quality reports and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a wider regional team.
- Hold suppliers and contractors to account, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations, KPIs and service levels.
- Act with integrity and professionalism, always doing what is right for the organisation, colleagues and students.
