Overview
The Children’s Society is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the Warwick shop team. You will work in a creative environment with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.

Permanent - Hours:
37 hours per week, over 7 days, to include Saturdays and Sundays - Salary: £25,760 per annum

Are you looking for a new challenge in 2025?
We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the Warwick shop. You will be working in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. You will manage an Assistant Shop Manager along with a team of diverse Volunteers, you will need great people skills and be confident at working with people from different backgrounds, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all of our staff, volunteers and supporters.
If you have what it takes to work hard but have some fun along the way then this is the place for you.
You will help raise funds to support frontline work and make a real difference to young people in England. You will need to be driven and focused on making money, and have good communication skills both inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.
