We are partnering with an established insights and research consultancy seeking a Client Manager to lead quantitative research projects and act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients.

This role sits at the intersection of research delivery, client management and insight storytelling. You’ll manage projects end-to-end while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

• Lead multiple quantitative research projects from initial brief through to final debrief
• Own client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact
• Translate business questions into robust research designs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

• Analyse research data and develop clear, actionable insights
• Create compelling presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support brand, communications and performance insight work
• Ensure insight outputs are commercially relevant and decision-focused

• Manage project budgets and cost control
• Mentor and support more junior team members
• Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing
• Support continuous improvement in ways of working

• Strong experience in quantitative research (ideally brand or communications)
• Proven client management and project ownership experience
• Confident, clear and persuasive communicator (written and verbal)
• Experience delivering actionable insight rather than data only
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Full-service research exposure
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues
• Background in agency or consultancy environments
