About The Role…Business Manager – Inclusive Employment Australia team. Lead a passionate group of Employment Consultants, driving performance, supporting your team and delivering life‑changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
Role Coverage: Warwick, Yanchep, Joondalup and Wanneroo WA
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations.
- Build strong relationships with local employers, community groups and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
A great Business Manager possesses a strategic mindset, the ability to interpret data effectively, build strong local business relationships and plan proactively for sustainable success. Resilience, advanced problem‑solving skills and a people‑focused approach enable the manager to navigate complex challenges and drive performance, foster innovation and deliver impactful outcomes.
Capabilities & Experience- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
- People leadership exposure and/or understanding.
- Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Results‑driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in a high‑performance driven environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.
