Administrative Management, Operations Manager
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Warwickshire is seeking a proactive Justice Centre Partnership Officer to play a key role in supporting the effective management of our multi‑agency Justice Centres.
This is a unique opportunity to work with partner agencies within the criminal justice system, helping to ensure our buildings support strong collaboration between partners, deliver value for money, and provide safe, compliant and well‑managed environments.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Estates and Assets, you will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the Leamington Spa and Nuneaton Justice Centres, which are occupied by a range of partner organisations.
You will act as the central point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, ensuring strong partnership working, effective lease management, and smooth operational delivery across the sites.
This is a varied role that combines property management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement and project support, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for all building partners, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring clear communication of policies, procedures and updates
- Monitor compliance with lease agreements, including space usage, maintenance responsibilities and associated obligations
- Manage service charges, including calculation, invoicing and reconciliation
- Identify and coordinate the effective use of space to support multi‑agency working
- Work closely with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure buildings are safe, compliant and well maintained
- Support the planning and delivery of property‑related projects
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on performance, occupancy and financial status
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and all relevant statutory requirements
We are looking for someone who can operate confidently in a partnership environment and bring a strong understanding of property and leasehold management.
You will have:
- Experience of managing leasehold or commercial property environments
- Strong financial awareness, including experience of service charge processesA good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building effective relationships
- Experience of administration, reporting and using Microsoft Office
- This role is politically restricted
- Full UK driving licence is required, as travel between sites is necessary
- NPPV Level 2 and CTC vetting will be required
