£25,893 per annum

Hours:

5 hrs per day, 3 days a week for 15 hours, with the possibility of increasing to 20 hours. Preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but days are negotiable.

Temporary, with the chance to become permanent based on a resident ballot/vote.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the building
Raising repairs
Ensuring health and safety of the whole scheme grounds and building e.g. fire alarm testing
Monitoring residents unobtrusively

What We're Looking For

Customer-centric mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent management skills
Previous social housing experience desirable
Experience with different age groups desirable
Commitment to resident well-being
Driver's license. If not, ability to commute to main office at Birmingham Business Park, B37 7YN
