Sainsbury's is seeking a Lead Food Manager to head a large team on the grocery shop floor and drive exceptional customer service. You will lead managers, coach staff to high standards, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the food hall.
You will own performance metrics, manage day-to-day store leadership in the absence of the store manager, and drive continuous improvement in customer experience and efficiency.
