Day‑to‑day activities cover programme start‑up and wash‑up events, technical forums, design reviews, timing reviews, risk and issue management, and cross‑functional coordination across all domains and respective teams. The PMO Manager will maintain accurate status against target, manage programme health reporting, drive escalation of roadblocks and lead recovery planning.
