Our clientare sector leading Retailbrandwith Stores across the UK. As a result of their strongtrading growth they now seek to recruit an Area Manager to look after a number of sites in the South Midlands area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Area / Regional / Divisional Manager to make a move into a career role with a client that seeks to bring in the right person for a long term objective and offers a stable career path.
The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Retail and the board, the principal objective of Area Manager is to continually grow the business and the profitability of each store within the region to achieve its full potential and the companys vision for the region.
Responsible for achieving the sales, debt, cost and profit performance targets for each store within the region.
Responsible for regions P&L and present this to the Ownership monthly.
Recruit, develop coach and manage the Store Managers in the region to maximise both team and individual performance.
Advice and guidethe Store Managers in coaching, developing, leading and motivating their teams to deliver the desired results.
