Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch + two 10 min paid breaks)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We’re currently recruiting for a hands‑on Production Operative to join a busy rural‑based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.

This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long‑standing team once permanent, you'll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.

• Labelling, sampling and decanting liquids into containers
• Mixing solutions as part of the production process
• Moving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required)
• Manual lifting of up to 30kg
• Completing basic quality and quantity checks
• Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input)
• Rotating through departments based on workload
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Must be able to drive to the rural location
• Good basic Maths, English and computer skills
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
• Cannot have asthma or back conditions (due to fumes/lifting)
• Willing to learn and work across multiple production areas

• £12.75/hour starting pay
• Permanent contract after successful TTP
• Training provided on Reach & Counterbalance FLT
• Full uniform provided after TTP
• Safety equipment supplied (masks, goggles, ear protection)
