CNC Programmer/Machinist

As a CNC Programmer/Machinist at R53 Suspension, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and setting CNC machines to exact specifications
• Working with precision to tight tolerances and ensuring the quality of your work
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy
• Collaborating effectively within a small team environment
• Maintaining machinery to meet health and safety standards

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proficiency in programming, setting and operating CNC lathe and milling machines
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric requirements
• Skill in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, verniers, and depth gauges
• Experience with HAAS machines (desirable, but not essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality components
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Self-motivation and a willingness to tackle challenges
