Our client, a leading grower, importer, and packer of fresh salad crops supplying wholesalers, processors, and retailers, is looking for aQuality Controller Operative to join their team based in Hampton Lucy.

What Were Looking For

Good understanding of English (essential)
Computer literate and confident using QC/dispatch software
A strong team player with great attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in food production is desirable full training will be provided for the right candidate
Experience with powered pedestrian trucks is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Carry out quality intake checks and assign scores
Complete secondary product, packaging, and label checks
Conduct positive release assessments
Monitor stock quality to ensure customer standards are met
Maintain accurate QC records and documentation
Support internal audits and staff training
Follow company health & safety policies at all times
