What You'll Be Doing
As Press Brake Team Leader, you will lead by example — combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities.

Your role will include:
 
Leading and coordinating the Press Brake department
Setting and operating CNC press brake machines
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Allocating workloads and supporting team members
Troubleshooting technical and production issues
Driving continuous improvement across processes
Supporting daily production meetings and reporting progress
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping  This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others while staying technically involved.
 
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, organised Team Leader, who can motivate a team while maintaining high production and quality standards.
 
You'll ideally have:
 
Strong experience setting and operating CNC press brake machines
Previous supervisory or team leader experience
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
A proactive, positive leadership style
Strong communication skills
A team-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality  Flexibility to cover alternative shifts during holidays or sickness would be advantageous.
