An established automotive manufacturer in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer with strong prep and finishing skills to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who prides themselves on producing high‑quality paintwork in a professional, well‑organised workshop environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing vehicle body panels and components to a high standard (filling, sanding, priming)
• Masking, mixing, and colour‑matching paints
• Applying consistent, high‑quality paint finishes using modern spraying equipment
• Inspecting completed work to ensure excellent quality
• Working collaboratively with the workshop team to support production schedules
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

• Proven experience as an automotive Paint Sprayer or Bodyshop Technician
• Strong prep skills from bare material through to final finish
• High attention to detail and ability to work to exacting standards
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
