Versatile Workshop Technician — Fabrication & Assembly

Skilled Workshop Operator - Leamington Spa

Salary - negotiable

We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Workshop Operator to support a busy manufacturing and fabrication environment.

This is a varied, hands-on position involving repair, rework, assembly, and general workshop duties.

• Repairing and reworking products made from various materials
• General assembly of components using fasteners and bonding methods
• Drilling using pillar drills and hand tools
• Riveting and fitting rivnuts
• Cutting materials using bandsaws, jigsaws, ripsaws, and hand saws
• Basic sheet metal fabrication tasks
• Working with specialist adhesives and materials
• Sanding, finishing, and preparing parts
• Using a wide range of hand tools
• Inspecting parts for defects and reporting issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Working effectively as part of a team

• Previous experience in a workshop, fabrication, or assembly environment
• Confident using hand tools and basic machinery
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong "can do" attitude
• Able to work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong focus on health & safety
