Job Description & How to Apply Below

Warwick | £16.00 per hour | Full-Time | Permanent

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist fabrication business in Warwick that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality bespoke metalwork across a range of sectors.

Due to continued growth and a healthy order book, they are looking to add an experienced TIG & MIG Welder/Fabricator to their workshop team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in producing quality work and is confident working from technical drawings through to finished product.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced fabrication team, you will be responsible for:

  • TIG and MIG welding on a variety of bespoke and batch‑produced components.
  • Fabricating products from engineering drawings and customer specifications.
  • Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
  • Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing fabricated parts.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of accuracy and workmanship.
  • Carrying out self‑inspection of completed work before final quality checks.
  • Supporting the wider workshop team to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a TIG and MIG welding/fabrication role.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings without supervision.
  • Confidence fabricating from raw materials through to finished assemblies.
  • Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close‑knit team environment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and quality‑focused approach to work.
What's on Offer
  • £16.00 per hour.
  • Permanent, full‑time position.
  • Stable workload with a well‑established and growing business.
  • Modern workshop environment with quality equipment.
  • Opportunity to work on varied fabrication projects rather than repetitive production work.
  • Supportive management team and long‑term career prospects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking to join a company where quality workmanship is valued and where employees are recognised as a key part of the business's ongoing success.
