CNC Programmer

Leamington Spa.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE.

Join an innovative manufacturing business supplying the automotive, aerospace, defence and medical sectors, where you will programme complex components from concept through to production using the latest machining technology.

• Programme and optimise CNC machining using Fusion 360
• Programme and operate 3 & 5‑axis Haas milling machines
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data and GD&T
• Select tooling, cutting parameters and fixturing
• Support machine set‑up and first‑off production
• Test, validate and improve CNC programmes
• Carry out first‑part inspections
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Work closely with engineers and machinists to improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain programme revisions, tooling lists and set‑up documentation
• Support RFQs and machining cost estimates
• Ensure quality, production and health & safety standards are met

• Experience with CNC programming (offline)
• Proficiency with Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software
• Experience with 3 & 5‑axis CNC milling machining
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
• Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with in precision engineering or advanced manufacturing
